Try our products risk-free for 30 days from your delivery date. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we'll process a return or exchange with a hassle-free experience.
Industry-Standard Return Window:
Our 30-day return policy aligns with major e-commerce platforms, including Amazon.com's standard return policy, providing consistency regardless of where you purchase Blissed Skin products.
Extended Holiday Returns (November 1 - December 31):
For products purchased between November 1 and December 31, 2026, the return period is extended until January 31, 2027, consistent with Amazon's holiday return policy. This extended window ensures you have flexibility if products are purchased as gifts.
Why 30 Days?
We believe 30 days gives you enough time to properly test our products and see if they work for your skin. Skincare results take time, but we want you to feel confident in your purchase from the start.
Return Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
Timeframe:
For Direct Website Purchases: Return request must be initiated within 30 days of your delivery date (not order date). Delivery date is confirmed by tracking information from the shipping carrier. Returns requested after 30 days cannot be accepted.
For Amazon Purchases: Standard Items: 30 days from delivery date | Electronics & High-Value Items: 45 days | Apparel & Clothing: 45 days | Holiday Period (Nov 1 - Dec 31, 2026): Until January 31, 2026 | Damaged Items: No time limit - can be returned at any time.
Product Condition:
- Unused & Unopened: Products must be in original packaging with all seals intact
- No Signs of Use: Products must not show signs of use or tampering
- Original Packaging: Original packaging must be undamaged (boxes, bottles, tubes)
- Complete: All accessories and documentation must be included
Proof of Purchase:
You must provide your original order number or confirmation email, Amazon order number (for Amazon purchases), or receipt/packing slip if available. Returns without proof of purchase cannot be processed.
Hygiene and Safety Policy:
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used skincare products (unless defective or damaged), products with broken seals or removed safety packaging, or products that show any signs of use.
Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened or used skincare products (unless defective)
- Products purchased from unauthorized third-party retailers
- Gift cards and promotional items
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"
- Personalized or custom-made items
How to Initiate a Return
The return process varies depending on where you purchased:
For Amazon Purchases:
Access Your Orders
Go to Amazon.com, sign in to your account, navigate to "Your Orders", find the Blissed Skin product you want to return, and click "Return or Replace Items".
Select Return Reason
Choose the reason for your return from the dropdown menu (defective, arrived damaged, wrong item sent, no longer needed, etc.) and select refund or replacement preference.
Choose Return Method
Amazon offers multiple convenient return options: Amazon Return Centers (drop off at nearby Amazon Hub, Whole Foods, or Kohl's), UPS/USPS/FedEx Drop-off with prepaid label, or Home Pickup (available in some areas).
Print or Use Digital Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label provided, or use QR code on your phone at return center (no printing required). Pack item securely with all original contents.
Ship or Drop Off
Drop off at selected return location, or schedule pickup if available. Keep your return tracking number for reference.
For Direct Website Purchases:

Email returns@blissedskin.com with your order number, product name(s), reason for return, whether you prefer a refund or store credit, and photos if defective or damaged.
Receive Return Authorization
Within 24-48 hours, we'll send you a Return Authorization (RA) number, provide a prepaid return label (for defective/incorrect items), and give detailed return shipping instructions. IMPORTANT: Do not ship without an RA number.
Ship Your Return
Securely pack the item in original packaging if possible, include your RA number inside or outside the package, attach prepaid label or use trackable shipping service, and keep your tracking number.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically 1-2 business days), approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. You'll receive confirmation emails when received and when refund is issued.
Exchanges
We want to make sure you get the perfect product! Here's how exchanges work:
How to Exchange:
- Follow the same return process outlined above
- In your email, indicate you'd like an exchange and specify what product you'd like instead (or different size/variant)
- We'll process your exchange as soon as we receive your returned item
- The replacement item will ship within 1-2 business days of receiving your return
Exchange Terms:
Exchanges follow the same eligibility requirements as returns. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If there's a price difference: lower price - we'll refund the difference; higher price - we'll send a secure payment link for the difference. We cover shipping for the replacement item (regardless of reason).

Important Note About Amazon Refund Processing: Amazon processes refunds independently according to their policies. Blissed Skin cannot expedite or modify Amazon's refund timeline. For Direct Website Purchases: Store Credit (Recommended - receive 110% of your order value, never expires), Original Payment Method (Credit Card: 5-10 days, PayPal: 3-5 days), or Check (2-3 weeks, by special request only).
Store Credit Bonus (Direct Website Only):
Choose store credit and receive 110% of your order value. Original order: $50 → Store credit: $55 | Original order: $100 → Store credit: $110. Credit never expires, no restrictions on use, stackable with promotions.
Return Shipping Costs
Who pays for return shipping depends on the reason for your return and where you purchased:
For Amazon Purchases:
Amazon Covers Return Shipping (Free Returns): All Amazon Prime eligible items, defective/damaged/incorrect items, items that don't match description, most electronics (45-day window), and all apparel and clothing items.
Customer May Pay Return Shipping: Some non-Prime eligible items, change of mind returns on select categories. Typically $5.99 - $9.99 deducted from refund amount (shown before you confirm return).
For Direct Website Purchases:
We Cover Return Shipping: Defective, damaged, or incorrect items received; items that don't match description; quality issues or manufacturing defects; or our error (wrong item sent, missing items).
- You Cover Return Shipping: Change of mind or no longer wanted; ordered wrong product or size; don't like scent, color, or texture (subjective reasons). Estimated cost: $5-10 (USPS, UPS Ground). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Amazon Returnless Refund Program:
For certain situations, Amazon may approve a returnless refund, meaning you receive a full refund and keep the item. Eligible for: items damaged during shipping, broken or non-functional products, consumable items (including skincare products), products where return shipping cost exceeds product value, or low-value items (typically under $5-10 at Amazon's discretion). Refund typically within 24-48 hours, no need to package and return the product.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened or used skincare products (unless defective)
- Gift cards or promotional items
- Items purchased from third-party retailers (must be returned to original seller)
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
Damaged or Defective Products
We take quality seriously. If you receive a damaged or defective product, we'll make it right immediately.
What Qualifies as Damaged/Defective:
A product is considered damaged or defective when it: arrives with visible physical damage, does not function properly upon receipt, has missing or broken parts, has manufacturing defects, does not match the product description, or product packaging is damaged affecting product integrity.
Our Response:
For Amazon Orders: Returnless Refund Available - In many cases, Amazon allows you to keep the damaged product and receive a full refund without returning it. This typically applies to: items damaged during shipping, products with non-repairable defects, items where return shipping cost exceeds product value, and consumable skincare products. Refund Timeline: Typically processed within 24-48 hours once approved. No Return Required.
For Direct Orders: Respond within 24 hours. Immediately send a replacement at no charge. Provide a prepaid return label for the defective item. No need to wait for the return—replacement ships right away! Refund shipping costs if applicable.
No Questions Asked Policy:
If you report a damaged or defective product within 7 days of delivery through our website, we'll replace it immediately without requiring detailed inspection or you to return the defective item first. Contact us at support@blissedskin.com with photos of the damage. Unlike standard returns, damaged or defective products can be reported at any time, not subject to the 30-day return window.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please:

- Contact your credit card company (processing may take time)
- Contact your bank (there may be processing delays)
